Body Beast Bulk: Arms Review - Week 5.
Buik Arms is by far one of my favorite Body Beast workouts. This workout dvd has everything from Progressive Sets to Single Sets to Force Sets to drop sets.
Youll need a set of Dumbbells and an EZ Curl bar. I use and highly recommend the Bowflex Selecttech Dumbbells and I purchased my EZ Curl bar and weights from Beachbody.
If you are thinking of ordering the EZ Curl Bar I also recommend adding an additional set of 10 pound plates. The Bar comes with a set of 2.5, 5, 10, and 25 pounds but an extra set of 10 pound plates makes drop sets quicker and easier.
I also recommend adding 5 to 10 minutes to the warm up. I warm up and stretch before I start the Body Beast DVDs because the warm ups on the DVD area joke.
So minimize your risk of injury and make sure you are properly warm and stretched before pushing play on your DVD Player.
Speaking of safety. You are lifting free weights at home. If you are going to use heavy weights, always lift with proper form and if the weight is too heavy either use lighter weights (recommended if at home) or use a spotter.
Have fun, dont take this too serious, and be safe.
